Have you ever been to a wedding and you walk around the corner and you see a photographer pointing his or her camera up towards the sky attempting to shoot that lantern or fluffy thing hanging down from the ceiling? Or, you walk through a door way not notice that photographer on the floor taking a photo of the two wedding bands on the hardwood floor, so you accidentally trip over him (yes, that has happened to me).
Whether it be the rings, the bouquet, the aisle end pieces, or even the candleholders in the middle of the tables at the reception, there was a lot of planning, hard work and well honestly dedication sometimes at the last minute from the ones who put those together. Which quite frankly will I will say and if I am wrong, correct me, but most of the time the mother of the bride and the bridesmaids, and MAYBE the bride if she’s not already freaking out about something else are the ones that have put all of those together!
Honestly, that takes so much time trying to figure out what look you want at the wedding; what type of center pieces for the tables, how the aisle markers and much more should look on that special day. All of these many things are now done by those in the wedding to help save money for the bigger things like the photography, the catering, the music etc. So I ask you when you go and see a good friend of yours, a brother, or a sister get married, make sure you stop and compliment on the small things you see. I promise you will make that special day, THAT much more special.
